Q. Do you feel you might be better off in a different size company? Different type company?

If you answer, "Yes," to this question then why are you there for the interview? Whether your background is with a large or small company, you want to sell your skills and ability to that potential employment opportunity.

If you are from a large company or Fortune 500 corporation, you want to sell the fact that large companies are made up of smaller divisions and departments. If you are from a small company and you are talking to a large company, sell the fact that within a large corporation, the departments and divisions are very similar to small companies.

The answer is "No, this is the type of company I want because ..."
